WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki (霊気, /ˈreɪkiː/) is an ancient Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through "universal energy" is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in person or in a distance in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. Reiki is based on qi ("chi"), which is the definition of universal life force.
